Each Keg has a management complement consisting of: a General Manager, along with a team of Assistant Managers including a Kitchen Manager, a Bar Manager and Dining Room Managers.

Training
As an industry leader in training and development, we pride ourselves on providing the tools you need to succeed. Our challenging hands-on management training program is 10 to 12 weeks for new employees with ongoing training throughout your management career. Keg training programs are designed to give you an amazing foundation of managerial skills, training and knowledge that will be invaluable wherever your career leads.
