GENERAL MANAGER

Job Requirements:

– Minimum 3 years experience working in a high-volume steakhouse concept

– Post secondary education

– Presents a positive and professional image

– Self motivated individual with strong leadership skills

– A commitment to service excellence

– A passion for people and building teams

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

– Working knowledge of e-mail and internet

– Must be able to lead in a team environment

– Excels in people relations and must be social in nature

– Must be emotionally stable

– Possess a strong work ethic

Critical Activities:

• Day-to-day leadership of the operation
• Management and staff training and development
• Monitor and achieve budgeted sales and profit
• Champion Keg standards
